Hi, I’m Nicole, a certified health coach, nutritionist, and the founder of Balanced Living. I’m passionate about helping people transform their health, rediscover vitality, and find balance in their lives.
My journey hasn’t been linear, and that’s what makes me relatable. From overcoming addiction to navigating fibromyalgia and perimenopause, I’ve walked through life’s challenges—and learned to thrive. I bring those lessons to my coaching, blending evidence-based nutrition and wellness strategies with deep empathy and real-world wisdom.
I wasn’t always in this space. After attending culinary school at 36, I discovered the incredible connection between food and wellness, sparking a lifelong commitment to healthy living. Today, I empower others to do the same through my coaching and guidance.
As a recovering perfectionist and early riser, I know the value of discipline—but I also believe in grace. Whether I’m creating recipes, curating supplements, or building a supportive community, my goal is to inspire a sustainable, joyful approach to health.
